Boyd loved camping, fly-fishing, hunting with his nephews Herman and Michael Gray and spending time with his favorite girl, Ms. Harley and going on motorcycle rides with Darlene. He loved watching Josh and Ashley play football and spending time with them. He loved talking about his family back home and telling tall tales and riding with his buddies, Eldon, Marion and Sabut.
Boyd had his own concrete company with his stepson Mitchell, Boyd was so proud being a Journeyman Concrete finisher, he took pride in his work, pointing at buildings, driveways as we drove by them, stating I did the floors, driveways & foundations and he worked concrete from early spring to late fall and driving Super B’s for the winter, travelling coast to coast for various trucking companies. His last trucking job was with BDF (the best trucking company) he worked for “said in his own words”.
Thank you, Scott & Company for your compassion & support with Boyd’s funeral. Also, the family want to thank Barb and Presley for providing the food and everyone for attending Boyd’s service during this difficult and painful time.
