The passing of Maurice Burlack, age 91 years, occurred on October 13, 2023, at the Cudworth Nursing Home.
Dad is survived by his Nellie of 70 years; son Glen (Donna) Burlack; 5 grandchildren: Carrie (Jeff) Yakimchuk, Troy (Tennille) Burlack, Stacey Burlack (Mathew Blackmon), Veronica (Craig) Weinert, Vanessa (Garret) Atkins; and 8 great grandchildren.
He was predeceased by all his siblings, son Ron and daughter-in-law Charlene in 2015, and great-granddaughter Sky Neufeld in 1999.
The family would like to thank Rosthern Home Care, the Mennonite Nursing Home, Humboldt Hospital, and Cudworth Health Center for the good care and for trying to brighten his days.
