It is with great sorrow we announce the passing of Terrence (Terry) Ludyk at the age of 67 years.
Terry was predeceased by his father William (Bill) Ludyk.
He will be fondly remembered by his mother Evelyn, his sister Tammy Dorn (Doug), brothers Robert (Shelley), Ken (Jill), Ted (Sheryl), as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
Terry was very active in sports at a younger age and played rugby, golf, softball, bowling and fishing. Terry’s career was spent with the city of Prince Albert working primarily as an equipment operator until he retired.
The funeral will be held on Thursday July 18th at MacKenzie Funeral Chapel, 10:00 AM
at 130 9th St E Prince Albert, officiant Fr Michael Lomaszkiewicz.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Terry’s memory to the charity of your choice.
