It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Frank Robert Gunn, late of Beauval, SK on March 29th, 2024 at the age of 57 years. Frank was born in Ile a La Crosse, SK on April 29th, 1966 to Jean and Rose Gunn. Frank will be lovingly remembered by his children Angie (Angel) (Ricky) Gunn, Jenny (Robert) Crookedneck, Ruby (Paul) Gunn, Gina (Nathan) Gunn, & Frankie Primeau; his grandchildren Val Gunn, Vierra Gunn, Vayden Crookedneck, Vayda Crookedneck, Kyra Powder, & Avery Randhile; his sisters & brothers Leon (Nancy) Gunn, Sylvia (Peter) Mal, Brian Gunn, Rodney Gunn, Victor (Connie) Gunn, Flora (Donald) Laliverte, Noraa (Jon) Gunn, & Jenny Gunn; his in-laws Albertine Dadzene, Ernestine (Jason) Skull, Christine (Johnathan) Skull; his best friend Timothy George; his friends Jordan Garr, Max Morin, Lorne McIntyre, Ceaser Gunn, Marius Paul, Ronald Robillard, Boniface Kasakan, Adolph Sha’oulle, & Lorraine Alphonse; As well as numerous other friends and family. Frank was predeceased by his wife: Valentine Rita Gunn; his parents Jean & Rose Gunn; his siblings Ronald Gunn, Jack Gunn, Madeline Gunn, & Johnathan Cook; his in-laws: Moise & Elsie Skull, & Raymond Dadzene; & his cousins Samson Joseyounen, & Ray Skull. A Wake Service will be commencing Friday April 5th, 2023 at 2 PM at the residence of Jenny & Robert Crookedneck in Black Lake, SK. The Funeral Service will be held on Saturday April 6th, 2024 at 2 PM at Our Lady of the Cape in Black Lake, SK. The Officiant will be Father Edmundo Caballero. The Honourary Pallbearers were Ricky Disain, Robert Crookedneck, Nathan Powder, Vayden Gunn, Junior Cook, Johnny Robillard, and all those who shared in Frank’s life. The Pallbearers are Jordan Garr, Timothy George, Boniface Kasakan, Adolph Sha’oulle, James Cheba, Junior Cook, Vayden Crookedneck, & Johnathan Robillard. The Interment will take place at the Black Lake Cemetery in Black Lake, SK. Arrangements in care of MacKenzie Chapel & Crematorium.
