Albert Edwin Braaten was born November 19, 1924. Albert grew up and farmed in the Birch Hills area. He started and completed his education in a local farming area called Bonnie Hill District. Albert met the love of his life Florence Pettigrew and together they raised 9 children. Albert passed peacefully on Sunday April 21, 2024 at the Mont St. Joseph’s Nursing Home in Prince Albert. A Celebration of Life for Albert will be held on April 26, 2024 @ 3 pm at Mackenzie Chapel 130 9th St East Prince Albert, SK. Lunch to follow .
