Henry Sperlie Obituary
Sperlie, Henry Joseph age 80 years, of Mankota, passed away on March 7, 2024 at the Gravelbourg Hospital. A graveside service and luncheon is being arranged and will be announced at a later date.
Henry is survived by his siblings: Gladys (Lawrence) Briere, Clarence (Donna) Sperlie, Ken (Gwen) Sperlie; nephews and nieces: Rhonda (Mike) Wasylenki (son Garret), Rodney Briere (daughter Taylor), Nicole (Tyler) Crozier (children Blake, Carter, Irelyn), Devan (Laura) Sperlie (daughter Sloane), Trent (Paula) Sperlie (daughter Kelsey Smith). He was predeceased by his parents Frank and Annie Sperlie.
Henry was born in Ponteix on January 11, 1944, and attended school at Reliance and Mankota schools. Henry was a farmer and rancher and loved being outdoors enjoying nature. Special thanks to all the neighbours and friends that helped him during the last years of his life. A special thank-you to the doctor and staff at Gravelbourg Hospital. You were all absolutely amazing and we cannot thank them enough.
