Evelyn Mary Ward passed away in her 82nd year after a courageous struggle with cancer on Friday, February 23rd, 2024 at the Pineview Lodge in Nipawin, Saskatchewan.
Evelyn is survived by her daughters Teresa, Colleen, Lisa (Brian) and Charlene (Grant); Grandchildren Steven (Deanna), Melanie (Hugh), Katie (Richie), Devon, Jordan and Jessie (Jossie); Great Grandchildren Alexis, Lance, Will, Osmund, Indiana and Bo; her extended family Shelley (Dave) Etienne, Wayne (Cathy) Ward and Leona (Bob) Paetsch and their families; siblings Leona Chabot, Elsie Cooper, Jo Parker, Dorothy Gaja, Joe and Mavis Bernhard, Lorraine Blaber and many nieces and nephews.
Evelyn was predeceased by her husband Reginald Ward; parents Margaret and Leonard Bernhard; siblings Frank Bernhard, Bert (Jean) Bernhard, Susie (Don) St. John, Carol (Johnny) Haight, Marianne (Abe) Fehr, Julie (Andy) Riou, Rosalyn (Jim) Schapansky, Ben (Sheila) Bernhard, and her children’s father Earl Steven.
