M. Fontaine laisse dans le deuil son épouse Francine St-Pierre; ses enfants: Mélanie (Alain Bolduc) et Mathieu (Sandra Cloutier); ses petits-enfants: Matis, Léanne, Natan, Laurie, Alexis, Alexane, Mikella et Marika; ses frères et soeurs, ses beaux-frères et belles-soeurs, ses neveux et nièces ainsi que de nombreux parents et amis (es).
La famille tient à remercier tout le personnel du centre d’oncologie de l’hopitale de Rouyn-Noranda et le personnel infirmier du CLSC pour les bons soins prodigués.
