It is with profound sadness that the family of Sherri Rudner announces her peaceful passing following a brief illness on Wednesday, October 4, 2023. Beloved daughter of Rita and the late Ted Rudner. Dear sister and sister-in-law of Larry Rudner and Sema Schreiber. Sherri will be fondly remembered by her nephew, David Rudner, her dear friend, Dr. Janet Shinder and by her family and friends. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Thursday, October 5 at 3:00 p.m. Burial at the Chevra Kadisha B’nai Jacob Congregation Section, Back River Memorial Gardens Cemetery, corner of Berri and Sauvé. Due to the festival of Succoth, strictly private shiva will take place in Toronto next week. Contributions in Sherri’s memory may be made to the Intensive Care Unit c/o the Jewish General Hospital Foundation, (514) 340-8251.
