It is with deep sorrow that the family announces the passing of Carolina Matteo Bello, on Saturday, July 13th, 2024, at the age of 102. Beloved wife of the late Marcello Bello.
She will be sadly missed by her children Maria (the late Nicola), Luisa (Salvatore), Grace (Frank), Josie (Modesto), and Tony (Terry), her cherished grandchildren (11) & great-grandchildren (5), her sister Maria, and many other relatives and friends.
Visitations will be held at Magnus Poirier Funeral Complex 7388 Boul. Viau in St-Leonard on July 22nd 2024 from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. and from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Services to honor and celebrate the life of Carolina Matteo Bello will be held on July 23rd 2024 at 12:15 p.m. at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Catholic Church (7645 Rue du Mans, Saint-Léonard, QC H1S 2A1), followed by the burial at Notre-Dame-des-Neiges Cemetery (4601 Chem. de la Côte-des-Neiges, Montréal, QC H3V 1E7).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Fondation du CSSS de Saint-Leonard et Saint-Michel or to the Alzheimer Society of Canada.
