At Brome-Missisquoi -Perkins Hospital, Cowansville, Mr. Gerhard Mittelstaedt, widower of Edith Froehlich, resident in Sutton during his lifetime, passed away at the honourable age of 105.
He is survived by several nephews, nieces, other relatives and friends.
Aquamation took place at Le Sieur Bio-Crématorium in Granby.

I had the pleasure of being introduced through a mutual friend. At 95 I took him x-c skiing around the golf course. A day I’ll never forget, he was so thrilled. He insisted I share a warm bowl of homemade soup. A wonderful memory. My condolences to family and his many friends.
