It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Mr. Luigi Sabella, on March 30, 2024, at the age of 62.
Beloved husband for 37 years of Anna Maria Gabrielli, cherished father of Vincenzo, Joseph and Giuliano. He will also be deeply missed by his brother Giuseppe (Johanne), his sister Lucy (Vito) as well as his many nieces, nephews and relatives.
Luigi will be sadly missed by those that frequent his local business of 22 years, Café Bar San Remo.
The family will receive condolences on Tuesday, April 2, 2024 from 2 pm to 5 pm and from 7 pm to 10 pm at the Yves Légaré Funeral Complex: 7200 Newman Boulevard.
A funeral service/prayer meeting will be held on Wednesday April 3, 2024 at 12:00 pm at Madre Dei Cristiani Church, 7935 Lefebvre Street.
The family would like to extend their gratitude to Doctor Moustapha Tehfe, Nurse Carole McMillan and the staff at the CHUM for their wonderful support and care.
In lieu of flowers, a donation to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.

Gigi was so supportive and had such a positive outlook on life despite the adversity that he himself was facing with the disease. You are in my thoughts and in my heart in this difficult time.
