Currie, Yvonne Jacqueline – Passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family at Sakura House, Woodstock, on Tuesday, April 2, 2024 at the age of 83.
Reunited with her beloved husband Edward Currie (2010). Loving mother of John (the late Janine), Ed (Cathy), Wayne (Ann), Paul (Heidi), Scott (Lynn), and Leanne (Nick) Harper. Cherished grandmother of Elizabeth, Daniel (Grace), David (Ingrid), Jessica (Joel), Adam, Joslyn (Zach), Robert, Matthew, Brandon, Jennifer, Kayla, Ian (Liz), Andrew, Laura, Katie, Liam, and Liberty. Great grandmother of Elise and Dominic. Survived by her brother Robert and sister Ellen. Predeceased by her parents John and Mary-Ann Quirke and her nine siblings. Fondly remembered by many nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends.
Guests will be received at the Smith-LeRoy Funeral Home, Woodstock, on Monday, April 8, 2024 between 4 -7 p.m. A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, April 9, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. at Holy Trinity Catholic Parish. A reception will follow in the Parish Hall. Private family Interment to take place at St. Mary’s Cemetery.
