Fallowfield, Patricia Gertrude – Passed away suddenly at Woodstock Hospital on Sunday, March 31, 2024 at the age of 89.
Reunited with her beloved husband and best friend Wray Fallowfield (2020). Loving mother of the late Kevin Fallowfield (1996) and the late Mark Fallowfield (1990). Cherished Grandma Pat to Wynn, Luke, and Mave. Will be sadly missed by her brother Garth Paton (Diane) of Fredericton New Brunswick, and their children, Blair, Blake, and Blane and her sister Gail Grant (the late Doug) of Kitchener, and their children Jamie, Jennifer and Jill. Fondly remembered by her dear friends the Campbell family as well as, many extended family and friends.
Pat loved her slots; she also always loved visiting with her many friends. Pat’s most favourite thing was time spent doting on the Grand-kids. She had great sense of style and a special eye for shoes. Her artistic ability was shown through her many crafts and handmade cards.
Cremation has taken place. A graveside service will be held Sunday, April 14, 2024 in Huntingford Cemetery at 1:00 p.m.
