Onafrychuk, Mervin Lloyd “Merv” – Passed away peacefully, at VON Sakura House, Woodstock, on Thursday, April 4, 2024 at the age of 73.
He leaves behind his wife and best friend Cindy Koster, and step-daughter Heidi Koster (Marty). Cherished Pa to Tyson and Logan. Dear brother of Pauline Malan (the late Terry), Walter Onafrychuk (Jeanette), and Jack Onafrychuck. He will be fondly remembered by several nieces, nephews and extended family and friends. Predeceased by his parents John and Fedora (nee Derkach) Onafrychuk, and his sister Violet Ludington (2022).
Guests will be received at the SMITH-LeROY FUNERAL HOME, 69 Wellington St. N, Woodstock, on Saturday, April 27, 2024 between 1 – 1:45 p.m. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 pm in the funeral home chapel. Reception to follow.
