Beloved husband to Anna Molnar (nee Van Belois) for 71 years. Dear father of Joe, Dennis (Lorraine), Karen (Tony), and Carman. Loving grandfather of Toni (Derek), Aaron (Julie), Lindsey, Samantha (Jason), and Ashley (Sinisa). Great grandpa of Kelton, Landon, Oliver, Elin, Leah, and Conner. Predeceased by his parents Peter and Elizabeth Molnar, brothers Peter (Edna), Steven (Mary), George (Sylvia), Dennis (Dorothy), and sisters Elizabeth (Wesley), and Mary. Fondly remembered by many nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends.
In 1964, Joseph and Anna moved to Woodstock, where they began a remarkable journey in entrepreneurship. Opening City Wide Cleaners, a business they ran with dedication and success for 20 years. Following the sale of the cleaning business, they transitioned into the real estate world, founding a realtor publication in Stratford that he managed for the next decade.
Joseph enjoyed a well-earned retirement, during which he indulged in his passions for golf, fishing, and time at the casino. His happiest moments were spent at his family at the cottage in Ipperwash, where he created countless treasured memories.
Joseph’s warmth, humor, and generosity touched many lives. He will be deeply missed by his friends and those who had the privilege of knowing him. His legacy of hard work, dedication, and joyful living will continue to inspire all who remember him.
A private family service will be held.
