At Wingham & District Hospital on Monday, November 18, 2024, Bob Remington of Wingham passed away at the age of 67.
Beloved husband of Faye (Walden) Remington of Wingham. Loving dad of Jenny & Jeremy Johnston of Bluevale and Michael Remington of Wingham. Adored papa of Remmi, Jaycee and Kyler Johnston and Ashton, Shia and Braxton Remington and their mother Aimee Venick.
Brother and brother-in-law of Joan & Doug Gibson of Orangeville, Gail & Rae Robinson of Wingham, and Pam & Gary Carter of London.
Bob will be missed by his many nieces and nephews and their families.
Predeceased by his parents Harold & Doris (McKay) Remington, brothers Doug and Tom Remington, parents-in-law Bill & Doris Walden and brother-in-law Ron & his wife Linda Walden, sisters-in-law Phyllis Walden and Marilyn Bradley and nephew Kevin Ste. Marie.
Visitation will be held at McBurney Funeral Home, Wingham on Thursday, November 21st, 2024 from 5:00-8:00 p.m. Funeral service will be held at the funeral home chapel on Friday, November 22nd, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. with reception to follow at the Wingham Legion. Interment will take place at a later date at Ripley Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Wingham & District Hospital Foundation or the Royal Canadian Legion Br. 180 would be appreciated.
