It is with heartfelt sorrow that the family announce the peaceful passing of Lucy, and a joyful reuniting with her beloved husband Jim (2016). Dear mother of Theresa Corra, Irene Robinson (Ken), the late Dorothy Brown (2023) (Bob), Rosalie Spence (Don), Carmen Archibald, and Anthony James. Doting Nanna to 14 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren and 6 great-great-grandchildren. Pre-deceased by her parents Anthony and Carmela Grech, and her four sisters. Lucy will be missed by many nieces, nephews and friends.
Lucy was born in Malta, began her lifelong dream of being a nurse during WWII and retired from a career in private duty nursing. She loved knitting, especially celebrating newborn babies, was a member of the CWL for over 60 years, a Eucharistic minister at Ste Anne Church and Our Lady of Guadalupe, and a volunteer at the Windsor Cancer Clinic. Special thanks to the caring staff at Amica and Heron Terrace for their wonderful care.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, December, 19th from 2-5pm & 7-9pm with CWL prayers at 3pm and parish prayers at (time to come) at FAMILIES FIRST, 1065 Lauzon Rd., East Windsor. (519) 969-5841. Visitation will resume on Friday, December 20th at Ste Anne Church (12233 Tecumseh Road E.) from 10am until time of Mass at 11am. Burial to follow Ste. Anne Cemetery.
