Obituary of Polous Hanna
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Polous Hanna on November 5, 2024, at the age of 90. Polous was born on November 11, 1933.
Polous was known for his strength and resilience, his commitment to lifelong learning, his athleticism, his constant laughter, his dedication to his faith, his sense of humour, his work ethic, his ability to win any card game, and more than anything, his love for, and pride in, his family.
Polous is survived by his children Saad Bolos, Basim Bahnam, Basima Bahnam, and Sami Bahnam; his grandchildren Faide Bols, Rana Bolos, Rita Bolos, Rami Bolos, Silva Bolos, Salim Bolos, Samer Bolos, Sara Bolos, Sally Bolos, Wissam Al-Samaan, Alen Al-Samaan, Baher Al-Samaan, Laith Al-Samaan, Cezar Batto, Sandra Batto, Andy Batto, Paul Bahnam, Peter Bahnam, and Katrina Bahnam; his children in-law; and his great-grandchildren
He joins his late wife Maryam Shamoon and late son Raad Behnam in heaven.
