It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of Patricia on Saturday, October 26th, 2024 at the age of 85 years. She is survived by her loving husband Jerry “Poppa Fix” of 64 years. Cherished mother of Sandra Lee Ondracka, Mary Lou Beneteau (the late Joe), and Jerry Ondracka Jr. Adored nanny of Graham, Lauren, Josie, April, Leah, Aysha, and Eric. Predeceased by her sister Donna Brooks.
Pat was very devoted to her community with her involvement in Girl Guides of Canada, Beta Sigma Phi, and Catholic Women’s League. She loved knitting, quilting, and playing the organ. She enjoyed the years spent as a Teacher’s Aide at Century High School.
Pat was dedicated to her family, always providing exceptional care to her husband. She instilled in her children a selfless motto of always “paying it forward”. Her grandchildren were always the topic of conversation for her, and she played a very active role in their lives whether near or far.

Visitation will be held at Families First South Windsor (3260 Dougall Ave) 519-969-5841 on Wednesday, October 30th, 2024 from 2-5pm & 7-9pm. Parish prayers will be held at 4:30pm. Visitation will continue on Thursday, October 31st, 2024 at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Parish (804 Grand Marais Rd E.) from 10:30am until time of Mass at 11am.
