Obituary of Maria ‘Mary’ Dunning
Mary Dunning, beloved spouse of the late William (Bill) died peacefully surrounded by her family on December 12th, 2024.
Loving mother of the late Brian (Linda), Michael (Kathy), Jim (Kathy) and Denise.
Beloved Nona of Dylan, Ryan, Kaitlin, Bradie, Mitchell, and Amy.
Special Nona of Ronan, Charlie, Sullivan, Thomas, Cooper, and Dutton.
Sister of Ismael ‘Jr’ (Carolyn), Armand (Maureen), and predeceased by Olga (Earl), Rose (Jim), and Dario (Doreen).
Sister-in-law of Sandra (late Jim), and predeceased by Bernie (Beth), Helen, and Dennis (Bernadette).
Sadly missed by many nieces, nephews, and her very special friends Maureen and Oma.
Mary will be remembered for her love of her family, (especially her grandchildren), being an avid hockey fan, and front porch coffee and visits.
Visitation will take place on Sunday December 15, 2024 at the Windsor Chapel Banwell Chapel, 11677 Tecumseh Rd. E in Windsor from 2:00pm until 4:00pm and 7:00pm until 9:00pm. A funeral mass at St. Anne’s Parish in Tecumseh will be held on Monday December 16 at 11:00am with an interment at St. Anne’s Cemetery to follow.
In lieu of flowers, donations made in memory of Mary to the Hospice of Windsor would be appreciated.
