Peacefully at home with his family by his side on October 24, 2023 in his 88th year. Beloved husband of Anne Murphy Marsden for 36 years. Cherished father of Shaaron Del Vecchio (Michael), Debbie Marsden, Cathy Claridge, Pam Lawrence (Jason), Jen Lanegger (Mark). Proud grandfather of Josh, Tyssen, Amy, Marcus, Grace, Adam, Harrison, Ashley, Jake, Avery, and Abby. Dear brother of Ronald, the late Jean, the late Theo, and the late Raymond. Michael’s family would like to extend their sincere appreciation to Senior Helpers for all the amazing supportive care that they gave to Michael. Visitation will be held at W.C. Town Funeral Chapel, 110 Dundas Street East, Whitby on Saturday, October 28, 2023 from 2 – 3pm, followed immediately by a memorial service beginning at 3pm. Cremation. If desired, donations in Michael’s memory may be made to the Alzheimer’s Society and condolences may be expressed online at wctownfuneralchapel.com.
