Dunbar, Fredrick
Fredrick James Dunbar
October 13, 1946 – September 6, 2024
It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Fred Dunbar.
Husband. Father. Grandfather.
Fred is survived by his loving wife Lise Klemme. Lovingly remembered by his daughter, Nicole (Elliott)
and grandsons Liam and Ethan.
He is also remembered by Lise’s family, and by Shannon Bruce and her family.
Fred is predeceased by his parents Ruby Maude (Pegg) and Thomas James, and his sister, Edna (Sedore).
He is survived by his sister Betty (Ireland), brother Ken, sister Evelyn (Davis), and brother Don.
Fred grew up in Aurora and lived in various locations across Ontario over his lifetime, settling in Wellington with Lise,
to enjoy his retirement years. He will be remembered for his proficiency in sales and his love of dogs.
Fred enjoyed many fun years boating the Trent-Severn Waterways. He loved to travel but could not be without his dogs
which lead to a new love of RVing in his later years.
The family wishes to thank the incredible ICU staff at BGH for their exceptional care and kindness.
