Obituary of Leon Stein
It is with deep sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Leon Stein on December 8, 2024, at the age of 94.
Leon was predeceased by his parents, Arthur and Jenny, his brother Herbert, his sister Helen, and his beloved wife Vivian. He will be forever remembered by his children, Lisa and Robert, for the love, wisdom, and kindness he shared with them throughout his life.
Leon was known for his warm sense of humor, his genuine friendliness, and his unwavering willingness to lend a hand to those in need. A man of great integrity, he worked diligently throughout his life and found joy in the simple pleasures of reading and learning new things. His curiosity and passion for knowledge were an inspiration to all who knew him.
Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the WELLAND FUNERAL HOME CREMATION AND RECEPTION CENTRE, 827 East Main St, Welland. A private service will be held in accordance with Leon’s wishes. Prayers are welcome in his memory.
