KUCHAN, Anne (nee Mudrik) – passed away at Forest Hill Long Term Care, Ottawa on Friday, February 2, 2024 in her 97th year. Anne was predeceased by her husband Charles in 1978. She will be lovingly remembered by her daughter Laura Forbes (Don), beloved grandsons Cameron (Sara) and Gord, great-grandsons Colin and Alexander, sister Noreen Bartkiw (Walt), sister-in-law Mary Mudrik, many nieces, nephews and their families and her wonderful friends. She was predeceased by her parents Mary and Mike Mudrik and brother Mike. A service to remember Anne’s life will be held at the H. L. Cudney Funeral Home, 241 West Main Street, Welland on Tuesday, February 13, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. Rite of Committal will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery.
