Obituary of Bill Dodge
Passed away peacefully on June 28th, 2024, at North Lambton Lodge Forest. Born June 7th, 1931 to Lawson and Daisy Dodge of Wanstead, ON.
Beloved Husband of Maxine (Healey 2007) for 54 years and Marg Mclean. Proud father of Kevin and Kim Dodge of Cambridge and Colleen and Wayne Johnston of Sarnia. Special Grandpa to Ryan and Brittany, Samantha and Vince, Kyle and Ashley, Craig and Evie, Kelsey and Tee and Cailey. Great Grandpa to 13 Great Grand Children. Predeceased by his siblings Florence, Morley, Dorothy, Almer, Maxine, Hank, Jim, Betty, and Gerry.
Bill was a long-time resident of Watford, serving on Council and the Volunteer Fire Department for many years and a Retired Firefighter for Toronto and London Airport.
Friends will be received at Denning’s of Watford, 232 Warwick St., on Sunday, July 7th, 2024, from 12:00 – 2:00 p.m. A Celebration of Bill’s Life will follow in the chapel at 2:00 p.m. A private family interment in Watford Cemetery. In Lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, LHSC – Cancer Program or Ronald McDonald House.
