Tony van Zantvoort Obituary
It is great sadness we announce the passing of Tony van Zantvoort, on Thursday, July 4, 2024. He will be greatly missed by his wife Margaret Ritchie, his daughter Janice and son-in-law Tony, and his grandchildren, Benjamin, Emma, and Juliana. Also fondly remembered by his brother Ger, sister-in- law Hetty, all of his family in Holland, as well as his brother-in-law Tom and his family, and of course his many friends at the Lowbanks Trailer Park. He was a handy man and an avid sports enthusiast who loved cycling, bowling, darts, and most of all fishing with his grandson Ben.
Cremation has taken place. At a later date there will be a Celebration of Life at the Waterdown Legion, where he has been a very active member for 16 years.
The family thanks the wonderful nursing staff at Carpenters Hospice in Burlington, and in memory of Tony, donations to the Hospice would be appreciated.
