It is with sadness we announce the passing of Gail Karen Smith on October 20, 2024. Loving wife to Carl for 54 years. Beloved mother to Andrea (Scott) and grandma to Matthew and Owen.
Gail will be remembered for her love and unwavering support of her family, her passion for teaching, and her inability to walk past a dog without saying hello.
Friends may visit with Gail’s family on Saturday, October 26, 2024 from 1-2 p.m. at KITCHING, STEEPE & LUDWIG FUNERAL HOME 146 Mill St. N., where a Memorial Service will begin at 2 p.m. with a Celebration of Life reception to follow.
As an expression of sympathy, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Ontario SPCA would be appreciated by the family.
