With sadness, we announce the passing of Frank Granato on Tuesday, Oct. 31, 2023 at the Juravinski Hospital, Hamilton at the age of 88. Beloved husband of Sylvia for 61 years. Loving father of Maria and Branko Gregov, Erick Granato, Paul and Heidi Granato, and Jennifer and Steve Taylor. Cherished Nonno of Isabella, Matthew, Cassandra, Nicholas, Rachel and Ethan. Frank will be missed by the extended Granato, Chiapetta and Coscarella families.
Special thanks to the nursing staff of Ward 5F at the Juravinski Hospital for their exceptional care and compassion.
Visitation at KITCHING, STEEPE & LUDWIG FUNERAL HOME, 146 Mill St. N., Waterdown on Thursday, Nov. 2, 2023 from 6-9 p.m. Funeral Mass will be held at ST. THOMAS THE APOSTLE CATHOLIC CHURCH, 715 Centre Rd., Waterdown on Friday, Nov. 3, 2023 at 10 a.m. Entombment to follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations made to the Alzheimer Society would be appreciated by the family.
