Barbara Rose Pautler Obituary
Peacefully at Joseph Brant Hospital on Thursday, June 27, 2024, Barbara Pautler passed lovingly into the arms of the Lord.
Barbara lived her entire life with The Lord beside her. Those that were lucky enough to have known her knew she was a no-nonsense lady. After 35 years, she retired from her career as a teacher with the Hamilton-Wentworth District School Board. As lifelong member of St. Thomas Parish, she was actively involved with the CWL for 48 years.
Predeceased by her parents Anthony and Dorethea; and her nine siblings Alfred Pautler, Sister Dorethea Pautler, Father Vincent Pautler, Marianne Berges, Francis “Fran” Pautler, Louise Renner, Paul Pautler and René Pautler. Barbara is survived by her dear friend Kay Ribson, many nieces and nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews as well as a great-great nieces and great-great nephews.
Friends may visit with the family at KITCHING, STEEPE & LUDWIG FUNERAL HOME, 146 Mill St. N., Waterdown on Tuesday from 2-4 (Rosary at 3:30) and 6-8 p.m. Funeral Mass will take place at ST. THOMAS THE APOSTLE CHURCH, 715 Centre Rd., Waterdown on Wednesday, July 3, 2024 at 11 a.m. followed with interment St. Thomas Cemetery, Waterdown.
