Arthur “Art” Junior Lancaster Obituary
Peacefully at St. Peter’s Hospital surrounded by the love of his family, Art passed away quietly on June 30, 2024. Survived by his loving wife of 63 years, Susan (nee Rusk). Beloved father to Cassandra (†Tim), and Jeff (Georgina).
Loving Grandfather to Jason (Maddy), and Julie (Bally). Special Great Grandpa to Wyatt and Avery.
Art and Jeff built Lancaster Auto Service and worked tirelessly for 42 years. Art was also a car enthusiast with several decades of racing under his belt, both as a driver and an owner.
Art is the second eldest of Arthur and Mable Lancaster. Survived by his younger brother Larry (Barb) and predeceased by Joan, Gladys, Betty, and Diane.
Special thanks to the staff at St. Peter’s on 3 West for the exceptional care Art received during his final days.
