Kathie Holzmann Obituary
HOLZMANN, Kathie Ellen … peacefully passed away at The Bridge Hospice, Warkworth on December 19, 2024 at 64 years of age. Predeceased by her parents in whom she adored Ivan “Pat” & Wilma Pattenden. Beloved wife and cherished forever by her loving husband Les Holzmann for 45 years. Proud mom of Jason (Andrea) Holzmann and Adam (Stacey) Holzmann. Kathie treasured her grandchildren; Jaela and Kingston Holzmann & Asher and Beckett Holzmann. She is an adored sister to Tom (Lily) Pattenden and will be remembered by their children Colin (Jesse) Pattenden and Kristy Pattenden. Kathie was a dedicated Personal Support Worker who poured her heart into her work. She brought compassion and kindness to everyone she cared for. After years of service, she looked forward to her retirement, which she embraced fully for just five precious years.
The family has kindly asked that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions be made locally to our Bridge Hospice in Warkworth in memory of Kathie. A Celebration of Kathie’s Life will be held on January 4th, 2025 at the Warkworth Legion Branch #380 from 1:00 – 4:00pm.
