The family announces with sorrow his death in Verner, Friday March 15, 2024 at the age of 67 years surrounded by his loving family. Son of the late Ronald and of the late Delma (née Michaud). Beloved husband and partner in crime of Monique (née Morin). Dear father of his fishing partner Aaron (Renu) and his bumper Stacey. Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his grandchildren Hayden (his bum), William, and his cousin Johnny (Kelly). Dear brother of Cynthia, Patricia (Stephen), and Bruce (Kim). Fondly remembered by his fishing and hunting brothers Buck, Bummer, Zorz, Gaudette, Chase, Shawn, Gerry, Terry, Junior, Johnny, Dustin, Cody, and Jason. A celebration of life will be announced at a later date. The family would like to extend a heartfelt thanks to the wonderful nurses, angels all of them, who took care of John right up until the end. Funeral arrangements in care of the Theoret-Bourgeois Funeral Home. Donations to the West Nipissing Food Bank would be greatly appreciated.
