Chapman, William Richard “Dick” (Ret’d Sgt. – CD 1 – 1961-1991)…passed away at Trenton Memorial Hospital on Thursday September 19, 2024 in his 84th year. Loving husband of Edith “Edyie” Chapman. Proud father of Dana Bowerman (Rye), Rick (Amy), Rob and Sean. Papa will be sadly missed by his many grandchildren and great grandchildren. Dick is survived by his brother Terry. Cremation will take place and the family will honour his life privately. If desired, memorial donations to the University Hospitals Kingston Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
