Brown, L. Merle… Passed away surrounded by her family at the Hastings Manor on Friday, July 13, 2024 at the age of 87 years. Beloved spouse to Douglas O’Reilly. Dear mother to Leo Brown (Marion), David Brown (Miriam), Lori Angelo (David) and John Brown (Kim). She will be lovingly remembered by all her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Predeceased by her parents Alexander & Ruby Rothnie. Merle will be remembered by the extended families of the Brown’s and Campbell’s/Rothnie’s. At her request cremation has taken place. A memorial gathering will be held at the Weaver Family Funeral Home, 170 Dundas Street West, Trenton on Friday, July 19, 2024 from 10-11 am with some family sharing at 11 am. Interment to follow at Mount Calvary Cemetery. The family wish to thank the Doctors, Nurses and wonderful staff of the Hastings Manor for all their care and compassion.
