ATKINSON, David Norman
It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of David Norman Atkinson on Tuesday, August 27th, 2024, in his 74th year. Cherished son of the late Clare and Helen Atkinson. Beloved brother of Patricia Donald, Gail Dewland (Bill), Robert “Bob” Atkinson and Gary Atkinson. David will be fondly remembered by his nieces and nephews; Kathy, Billy (Heather), Jennifer (Mike) and the late Ann. He will also be fondly remembered by his two great-nieces; Kim and Jade.
David’s absence will be deeply felt by his feathered friends.
Arrangements entrusted to RUSHNELL FUNERAL HOMES – TRENTON, 60 Division Street, Trenton (613)-392-2111. To honour David’s wishes, cremation has taken place and there will be no service at this time. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to Hospice Quinte and the Humane Society of Hastings and Prince Edward would be greatly appreciated by the family.
