Passed away peacefully surrounded by the love of her family at her home in Adjala Tecumseth Townline, on December 13, 2024. Anna at the age of 82 years, beloved wife of Mervin McDowell. Loving mother of Tim (Rachel), Andrew (Cathy) and Aaron (predeceased Shona). Cherished grandmother of Malcolm, Taya, Kiera, Aidan, A.J, Daniel, Neil, Emily Jane and Kaitlyn. Sadly missed by her dear friend Santina and beloved fur buddy Penny. Anna was a past President of the Ladies Auxiliary of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch No. 329 in Tottenham, Ontario. Throughout the years she has played pivotal roles in fostering a spirit of camaraderie and support. Forever in the hearts of her extended family, and friends.
Cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Anna’s Life will be held at the Royal Canadian Legion Tottenham Branch #329 (25 Richmond St. E. Tottenham, ON) on Sunday December 22, 2024 from 2pm to 6pm.
