WAGMAN, Judi – On Monday. December 9, 2024. Judi Wagman, beloved wife of Morty Wagman z”l. Loving mother and mother-in-law of Jana and David Lucatch, and Andrew Wagman z”l. Dear sister and sister-in-law of Carolyn and Myles Gordon, Meri Rae Weisman, Renee and Frank Pearlman z”l, Charolette z”l, and David Solway z”l, Sandra and Jerry Birenbaum, Bonny and Ken Kramer. Devoted grandmother of Aliya. Judi passed in peace on a rainy morning with Jana and Aliya on either side holding each hand surrounded by paper butterflies. Her battle with cancer was marked by her characteristic determination, defying her initial 3 month prognosis twofold. Judi’s final months were filled with joy, love, and wonderful memories thanks to the gracious staff and residents of Amica Thornhill and the outstanding care provided to her in her final days at Hospice Vaughan. We honour Judi’s journey as her neshama ascends to Hashem, like a butterfly taking flight, finding eternal peace and reuniting with loved ones in the world to come.
