Donald “Donny” Van Loosen, beloved husband, brother, uncle, and friend, passed away peacefully on June 27, 2024, at the age of 73. He is now reunited with his cherished wife Lynn, as well as his parents Arthur and Frances (Jean).
Donny will be forever remembered and dearly missed by his surviving brothers: Tom, David (Shelley), Robert (Connie), and John (Alison) and brother-in-law Greg. Predeceased by his sister-in-laws Gail and Beverly, and brother-in-law Billy.
Donny was a beloved uncle and great-uncle to numerous nieces and nephews who adored him for his fun-loving spirit, warm personality and ability to crack a joke at someone else’s expense (in true Van Loosen style).
Donny’s joy and love extended to his faithful dog and all who knew him. His infectious laughter made him the life of every party. Donny’s presence brought happiness wherever he went, leaving a lasting impression on all who had the pleasure of knowing him.
A private cremation will take place.
Rest in eternal peace, Donny. Your spirit will continue to shine brightly in the hearts of those who were privileged to call you family and friend. Cheers to a life well-lived.
