IT IS WITH DEEP SORROW THAT WE ANNOUNCE THE PASSING OF OUR BELOVED MOTHER, ADELINA ALVES WHO LEFT US PEACEFULLY ON THURSDAY, DECEMBER 19, 2024 AT THE AGE OF 93.
DEVOTED MOTHER, GRANDMOTHER (AVO) (BIS-AVO) (ADOPTED AVO), SISTER, AUNT & FRIEND.
BORN FEBRUARY 8, 1931 IN PICO DA PEDRA SAO MIGUEL ACORES AND CAME TO CANADA TO JOIN HER KIDS AFTER HER HUSBAND PASSED.
ADELINA WAS PREDECEASED BY HER BELOVED MOM TERESA DE JESUS, FATHER FRANCISCO, HUSBAND MANUEL & HER SON JOSE CLEMENTE, ONLY BROTHER MANUEL. SISTERS ELIZA, ROSA, LECHANDRINA,ROSARINHA & TERESA.
SHE IS SURVIVED BY HER CHILDREN CARLOS (MARGARIDA), ALDA (JOE), LURDES (JOE), & DAUGHTER IN LAW LIZETE AND HER GRANDKIDS HELENA, CARLA, KELLY, DIANNE,KEVIN, BOBBY & DENISE (2 GRANDDAUGHTERS BY MARRIGE DIANNE & KIMBERLEY), AND GREAT GRANDKIDS, HAILEY, CARSON,TYSON, EVELYN, KEIRA, EMMA, MATILDE, MARGARIDA & MANUEL, SISTER MARIA DO ESPIRITO SANTO & BY MANY NIECES AND NEPHEWS AND MANY OTHER FAMILY MEMBERS AND FRIENDS WHO WILL CHERISH HER MEMORY FOREVER WE LOVE U IN OUR HEARTS FOREVER
