The family announces with great sorrow her peaceful passing at the Timmins and District Hospital (St-Mary’s Site) on Tuesday, April 16, 2024 at the age of 97 years. Beloved mother of Debbie (André) and grandmother of Leslie (TJ) and André Jr. She will be sadly missed by her close nieces and nephews and many good friends. She was predeceased by her loving husband Romeo, her parents Alphonse and Leontine Bélanger, her sisters Clemintine, Julie, Emilia and her brothers Jean and Silver. Funeral Service will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday, April 20, 2024 from the chapel of Miron-Wilson Funeral Home. Remembrance donations to the Ontario Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Helping Hands (Gogama) would be greatly appreciated. The family will receive friends from 10:30a.m. until 11:30a.m. on Saturday April 20, 2024 at the MIRON-WILSON FUNERAL HOME, Cremation and Reception Centre, 150 Balsam St. S., Timmins.
