The family announces with great sorrow her passing on Monday, March 25, 2024 at the age of 77 years. Beloved wife of Willy Thomas. Cherished mother of Bill Thomas (Christine), Ronnie Thomas and Claudette Tanguay (late Armel). Proud grandmother of Justin Thomas, Britney Thomas (Mark) and Aliesha Thomas (Ted). Dear sister of Pierrette Hurtubise, Nicole Hannah (Ron), Robert Langlois (Wendy), Paulette Piquette, Ron Langlois (Francine) and Ivan Langlois (Brenda). Also left to mourn is her best friend Claire Hurtubise. She will be missed by many nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and many beloved fur babies. She is predeceased by her parents Wilfred and Yvonne Langlois and her sister Jeannine.
Suzanne was a loving, caring and strong-willed woman. She was well known for her knitting, sewing and baking. Anyone who knew her was lucky enough to receive something handmade from her. Suzanne had a special love for her family. Her laughter, love and humour will be greatly missed. We love you, mom. We love you, memere.
A funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 30, 2024 from the Miron-Wilson funeral home chapel (Deacon Michel Neron officiating). Donations to the charity of your choice would be appreciated. The family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. to 12:45p.m. on Saturday, March 30, 2024, at the MIRON-WILSON FUNERAL HOME, Cremation and Reception Centre, 150 Balsam St. S., Timmins.
