C’est avec tristesse que la famille annonce le décès de Robert à l’Hôpital de Timmins et du district le dimanche 29 octobre 2023 à l’âge de 74 ans. Époux bien-aimé de Diane (née Théroux). Cher papa de René (Patricia) et Suzanne. Grand-papa adoré de Christopher, Riley, Dylan, Patrick Carrier. Il laisse dans le deuil ses frères et sœurs; feu Noël, Gerald, Gilles, Nicole Bible (Bob), Ghislaine Huard (feu Marcel), Michelle Falardeau (Claude) et Lise Guertin ainsi que ses belles-sœurs Lorraine (feu Denis) Dubien, Aline (Jim) Rose, Cécile (André) Allard et plusieurs nièces et neveux. Prédécédé par ses parents Albert et Laurette Guertin.
Le service commémoratif aura lieu le samedi 4 novembre 2023 à 14h00 en la Chapelle Miron-Wilson. En sa mémoire, les dons commémoratifs à la Société du Cancer ou Diabète Canada seront grandement appréciés.
