Raymond Kozlow
The family announces with great sorrow his passing at the Timmins & District Hospital on Friday, December 1, 2023 at the age of 79 years. Dear uncle of Crissy Kozlow (Chris), Ted Kozlow, Alison Kozlow (late Mark Fleming) and Melanie Kozlow (Jason). Great-uncle of Rachel Kozlow (Phil), Sarah Kozlow (Pat), Zachary Fleming, Nathan Fleming and late Baby Ethan Kozlow-Prout. Raymond is predeceased by his parents Alexander and Jadwiga Kozlow and his much-loved brother Edward.
Raymond had a unique sense of humour and always joked even during difficult times. It was difficult to not smile and be happy when in his company. Those who met him were blessed with his friendship. He loved photography and movies with a collection of DVDs that would rival any video store past or present.
The family would like to thank all those who supported Raymond over his many years with a special thank-you to his team of doctors including Dr. Lebel, Dr. Houle, Dr. DiTullio and Dr. Hopkins along with the truly fantastic staff in the hospice unit at the Timmins & District Hospital who made his last days comfortable and peaceful.
As per his wishes, cremation has taken place and no service will take place. Remembrance donations to the Timmins & District Hospital – hospice unit would be appreciated. Funeral arrangements are entrusted with the MIRON-WILSON FUNERAL HOME, Cremation and Reception Centre, 150 Balsam St. S., Timmins.
