C’est avec grande tristesse que la famille de Gino annonce son décès chez eu le jeudi 25 juillet 2024 à l’âge de 55 ans après une bataille contre une maladie pulmonaire. Père de Melissa “Missy” Daigle et grand-père de Cameron et Khloe. Gino était le fils bien-aimé de feu Jean-Guy Daigle et Anne-Marie Perrier (feu Réal). Cher frère de Guylaine Boudreau (Gerry), Sylvain Daigle (Kim), Maryse Daigle-Seamont (Patrick) et Sylvie Henry (Marc). Il laisse plusieurs nieces, neveux, oncle, tante, cousins et cousines.
Gino était un grand partisan des Canadien de Montréal. Il aimait taquiner ceux qui aimaient Toronto…spécialement son frère.
Le service funèbre aura lieu le jeudi, 1er août 2024 à 12h00 midi en la Chapelle Miron-Wilson (Diacre Michel Néron officiant). Inhumation des cendres suivra ainsi qu’une reception au salon. En sa mémoire, les dons commémoratifs à la Fondation des poumons seront grandement appréciers. La famille recevra parents et amis le jeudi matin, 1er août 2024 de 10h à 11h45 au SALON FUNÉRAIRE MIRON-WILSON, CENTRE D’INCINÉRATION ET DE RÉCEPTION, 150 sud, rue Balsam, Timmins, ON.
It is with great sadness that the family announces Gino’s passing at home on Thursday, July 25, 2024 at the age of 55 years after a battle with lung disease. Father of Melissa “Missy” Daigle and grandfather of Cameron and Khloe. He was the son of the Late Jean-Guy Daigle and Anne-Marie Perrier (Late Réal). Dear brother of Guylaine Boudreau (Gerry), Sylvain Daigle (Kim), Maryse Daigle-Seamont (Patrick) and Sylvie Henry (Marc). He leaves many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
Gino was an avid Montreal Canadiens Fan. He would tease everyone who was a Toronto fan… including his brother.
The funeral service will be held on Thursday, August 1, 2024 at 12:00 noon in the Miron-Wilson Chapel (Deacon Michel Néron officiating). Interment of his ashes will take place at the Timmins Memorial Cemetery. A reception will follow at the funeral home. The family will receive friends and family on Thursday morning, August 1 from 10 am to 11:45 am at the MIRON-WILSON FUNERAL HOME, 150 Balsam St. S., Timmins, ON
