Robbins, Tyler Leslie Scott Taylor (June 30, 1990 – February 5, 2024)
It is with heavy hearts that we the family of Tyler Robbins announce his peaceful passing, after a courageous battle with Huntington’s disease, on February 5th, 2024, at Woodingford Lodge, Tillsonburg, at the young age of 33. Tyler will be remembered by his family and friends for his passion for animals, video games and collecting Pokémon cards. Tyler was a people person; he touched the lives of many, and he never let his illness get the best of him. Tyler maintained a special relationship with the owners and staff of Highland Restaurant, Embro. Tyler is survived by his father Les Robbins (wife Stephanie) and family, of Simcoe, and predeceased by his mother Elise Chantelle Kinsella (January 5, 2021). Also lovingly remembered by grandparents Charlene (Pierre) Turenne, of Tillsonburg and Irma (late Doug) Robbins, of Delhi, predeceased by his grandfather Garry Kinsella Sr. Also dearly missed by his sister Kendall Kinsella, of Tillsonburg, and by 3 uncles Garry Kinsella, of Tillsonburg, Doug (Ronda) Robbins, of Delhi, and Chris Robbins, of Simcoe. Survived by his great-aunt Shirley Walsh and her children Brenda, John (daughter Maria), Gail, Allan (daughters Sheri and Rachel), Debbie, late Robert, Sandra, Michael (daughters Laura and McKayla), James and Kathie. Also survived by great-aunts, great-uncles and by his cousins Jessica Robbins and family, Jasmine Mackney, and Kendra Mackney.

Friends, neighbours, and relatives are invited to attend a public funeral service to honour Tyler’s Life on Saturday, February 10th, 2024, beginning at 1:00 p.m. in the Maurice J. Verhoeve Funeral Homes Chapel, 262 Broadway, Tillsonburg, with a message of comfort shared by Pastor Marc Bertrand, of Walsh Baptist Church. Public visitation will take place on Saturday between 12:00 noon and 12:45 p.m. in the funeral home chapel. Full burial follows on Saturday in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, Walsingham.
