Peacefully at the Tillsonburg District Memorial Hospital on Wednesday November 1, 2023, Rose Gayle Buti passed away at the age of 91 years with her loving family by her side. Predeceased by her loving husband Fred (2015), her son Darryl (2018) and infant son Terry (1959). Loving mother to Cheryle (William) Rochus, Alex Buti, Roseanne Van Den Eeckhout and Barbara Buti and Michael Young. Loving mother-in-law to Elizabeth. Cherished grandmother to William Jr. (Melissa), Tanya, Stephen (Marlena), Talia, Devon, Darryl Jr. (Megan), Treena (Keith), Shannon and numerous great-grandchildren and one great great grandchild. Rose loved fished and wintering in Florida for numerous years. She was a long-time member of St. John’s Ambulance. Rose was very crafty, loved her ceramics and porcelain dolls and crocheting. Friends and relatives will be received at Ostrander’s Funeral Home, 43 Bidwell Street, Tillsonburg on Monday November 6, 2023 from 5:00pm until 8:00pm. Funeral Service for Rose will be held at Ostrander’s Funeral Home on Tuesday November 7th, 2023 at 11:00am with Pastor Paul Robinson officiating. Interment to follow in the Tillsonburg Cemetery. Memorial donations to the St. John’s Ambulance or the Tillsonburg District Memorial Hospital Foundation would be appreciated by the family and can be done online directly with the charity or via cheque payable to the charity by contacting the Funeral Home.
