HANNA, Linda Marie (September 19, 1962 – June 18, 2024)
Passed away, suddenly, but peacefully, on Tuesday, June 18, 2024, at the St. Thomas Elgin General Hospital, Linda Marie (Hochreiter) Hanna B.A. formerly of Walsingham in her 62nd year. Born in Simcoe, daughter of the late Anton (Tony) Hochreiter and the late Evelyn Dorothy (Welch) Hochreiter.
Linda graduated from Valley Heights Secondary School (1981). She was a graduate of Brock University receiving a B.A. degree in Early Childhood Studies.
Linda is survived by her brother Rob and Cindy Hochreiter (Dorchester) and a niece Kaylee and a nephew Aric and aunts, uncles and cousins.
Public Graveside Service to celebrate Linda’s Life will be conducted in the Hochreiter family plot Cultus Cemetery on Friday, June 21, 2024 at 11:00 a.m., by Pastor Ted Smith of the Cultus United Church. Memorial Donations in Linda’s memory to the “Diabetes Canada” may be made on Linda’s online tribute page at www.verhoevefuneralhomes.com where friends, neighbours and relatives can also share favourite memories or words of support to the family, express personal condolences, upload photos, or order flowers all online.
