LINDA JOYCE (NUNN) ROGERS
June 13, 1947 – May 28, 2024
Linda Joyce (Nunn) Rogers passed away at the Woodstock Hospital on Tuesday, May 28, 2024 at the age of 76 years. Linda was born in Chatham and was the beloved wife of the Late Gary Winston Rogers (1983). Much loved mother to Anne Rogers of Tillsonburg and Ben Rogers (Jenn) of Scarborough. Sadly missed by granddaughters Lidiya and Abbey Rogers. Dear sister of Beth Griggs (Frank) of Kalamazoo, Michigan, Bill Nunn (Lex) of Sterling Heights, Michigan, and David Nunn of Warren, Michigan. Also missed by special friend and sister-in-law Linda Veltman (Rogers) Martin. Linda is also survived by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents Eunice (Crosby) Nunn in 2017 and Glen Nunn in 1982.
Linda enjoyed a spirited game of canasta with friends and family. She enjoyed watching her beloved granddaughters swim, skate and dance. She would spend hours on the phone chatting with loved ones. Always talking family and friends into a trip to PEI to enjoy the fresh seafood.
Friends and relatives will be received by Linda’s family at Ostrander’s Funeral Home, 43 Bidwell Street, Tillsonburg (519-842-5221) on Saturday, June 1, 2024 from 1:00 – 1:45 pm. The Funeral Service for Linda will follow at 2:00 pm. Interment will be held at Straffordville Cemetery. Memorial donations to the charity of your choice would be appreciated by the Rogers family.
