Ein, Hans “Olaf” (April 11, 1941 – June 11, 2024)
Hans “Olaf” Ein passed away, peacefully, on Tuesday June 11th, 2024, at Maple Manor Nursing Home in Tillsonburg, at the age of 83 years. He was born in Schweinfurt, Germany. Son of the late Endel Ein and the late former Hildegarde (Reiner) Ein. Predeceased by his dear friends Andrzej (2023) & Marion (2023). “Olaf was a very kind-hearted, gentle being who loved all his furry four-legged friends.” Olaf had a passion for music and his favourite song was “This is the Sea” by the Waterboys. He was very creative and enjoyed painting and had received many awards throughout his advertising career for his artistic work. In his spare time he enjoyed reading books and watching movies, especially documentaries. He also enjoyed his rides on his motorcycle in his motorcycle riding days. Olaf was also a past member of US Marine Corps. Olaf will be truly missed by all who knew him and had the pleasure of meeting him.
